Fair review route
Complaints Reviews and Appeals
This procedure provides a route for correcting identifiable errors while protecting confidential tasks, other candidates and legitimate professional judgement.
What can be reviewed
- Arithmetic, transcription or candidate-identity error.
- Failure to apply the published Terms, stage instructions or tie-break.
- Undisclosed or mishandled conflict of interest.
- Material technical incident supported by available evidence.
- Integrity finding or sanction.
- Reasonable-adjustment decision or implementation.
- Personal-data or confidentiality concern.
A disagreement with a judge’s professional assessment is not by itself a ground for re-marking.
How to submit
Email office@kairos-k-practice.com within five calendar days after the relevant notification unless a longer period is published. Include the candidate ID, challenged decision, date, specific ground, facts, evidence and requested remedy. For a Sintegrum or YouTube incident, include the relevant link, timestamp, screenshot or platform message where available.
Process
- The organiser normally acknowledges the request within two working days.
- A person not responsible for the challenged decision reviews it where reasonably practicable.
- The reviewer may obtain logs, score records, conflict declarations or written explanations.
- The written outcome states the issue, evidence, conclusion, remedy and any further review route.
- The organiser aims to issue the outcome within ten working days or explain any necessary extension.
Possible outcomes
- No change.
- Correction of an administrative or calculation error.
- Restored time, rescheduled assessment or reassessment by an unaffected judge.
- Withdrawal or variation of an integrity sanction.
- Replacement of a conflicted decision.
- Another proportionate remedy that does not unfairly disadvantage other candidates.
Final review
A final review may be requested within five calendar days only for a material procedural error in the first review or relevant new evidence that could not reasonably have been supplied earlier.
